Apprenticeship opportunity at Rural Arts......

Would you be interested in an apprenticeship with Rural Arts or do you know anyone who may be interested?

We are looking for a young person (aged 16-18 years) to join our team starting September (for one year minimum).

The post would involve working in the cafe, reception duties, dealing with customers, organising exhibitions/shop area, stock control, etc.

If you are interested please contact Janice e: janice@ruralarts.org or t: 01845 526536 or call in to The Courthouse for a coffee and a chat.

Our current apprentice, Lisa Henney studied for her NVQ Level 2 and 3 in Business Management and Finance during her year with us and is going to Harrogate College to study for a Foundation Degree in Business Management.  She will be working at Rural Arts 2-3 days per week as her paid placement as part of her course.  She feels that the experience she has gained during her time her has been invaluable in helping her decide which route she wanted to take.
